Orange Masala is an all-inclusive event celebrating cultural diversity through the expression of music, food, performance and art with a specific focus on Youth Mental Health and community wellbeing. Orange Masala is an Orange Youth Arts Festival event presented by the Orange CultureHub Inc. in partnership with Community Connect Central West, Headspace and Orange City Council.
Festivities include an assortment of cultural dance, song and performance and a delectable mix of cultural foods from India, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, China and Thailand. Orange Masala also features an extensive wellbeing program enabling visitors to treat themselves to a massage or some relaxing meditation, or even try out some Thai Chi, African Hair Braiding, Henna Hand Painting, Calligraphy, Yoga and much more.
The event also includes artisan market stalls and a variety of games and creative activities for the kids to engage in.
